Ingredients
- 200 g shredded phyllo (künefe dough) or thin crispy noodle pastry
- 4 tbsp butter
- 150 g white cheese (mozzarella, halloumi, or feta), crumbled or sliced
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1.5 cups fresh strawberries and bananas, sliced
