Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked oxtail (store-bought or leftover)
- 1 can (15 oz) canned butter beans, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (canned)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 bag (10-12 oz) frozen french fries
- 2 cups coleslaw mix (pre-shredded cabbage)

Start the fries in a 400°F oven or air fryer while you build the stew.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add oxtail and sear 2 minutes per side until edges brown slightly.
