Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1.5 cups mixed fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
