Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1.5 cups mixed fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Instructions

    In a jar or bowl, combine oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, and honey.

    Stir well until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

    In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if it's too thick for your taste.

    Top with fresh blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

    Serve cold or heat in the microwave for 60–90 seconds if you prefer it warm.
