Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

    Add oats, yogurt, milk, and chia seeds to a mason jar or container with a tight lid.

    Stir until combined, breaking up any clumps in the yogurt.

    Top with berries and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
