Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

    In a mason jar or container, combine oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, and honey.

    Stir well to combine. The mixture should be thick but pourable.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

    In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if too thick.
