Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
- ½ cup whole milk (or almond milk)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup almonds or walnuts (sliced or chopped)

Divide oats between two mason jars or containers.

Whisk together yogurt, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.

Pour half the yogurt mixture into each jar over the oats, stirring to combine.

Top each with half the mixed berries, then cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

Stir well in the morning; add more milk if too thick. Top with nuts and extra berries.
