Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries (blueberry, raspberry, strawberry)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup almonds or walnuts, chopped
