Overnight Oats with Berry Chia Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (blueberry, raspberry, strawberry)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup almonds or walnuts, chopped

Instructions

    Divide oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, half the berries, maple syrup, and vanilla between two mason jars.

    Stir until combined, then seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

    In the morning, stir and add a splash of milk if the oats look too thick.

    Top with remaining fresh berries and chopped nuts, then eat straight from the jar or pour into a bowl.
