  • 8 leaves curry leaves, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ cup coconut chutney
  • ½ cup tomato chutney
  • 1 cup sambar
  • 1 wedge lemon wedge

    Heat a non-stick griddle over medium heat and lightly oil it.

    Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a thin circle.
