Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs Italian sausage links
- 2 medium bell peppers (red or yellow), chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium red onion, chopped into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
