Nutella Strawberry Crepes

Nutella Strawberry Crepes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Whisk flour, milk, eggs, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Let rest 5 minutes.

    Heat an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add 0.5 tsp butter, swirl to coat.

    Pour 3 tbsp batter into the center, immediately tilt and rotate the pan so batter spreads thin.

    Cook until the crepe lifts easily from the pan, about 90 seconds. Flip, cook 30 more seconds.

    Slide onto a plate. Spread 1 tbsp Nutella on half, add strawberries, fold in quarters.

    Repeat with remaining batter, butter, Nutella, and strawberries. Serve warm.
