- 1.5 cups walnuts
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz semisweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 350°F. Press the 1 pie crust into a 9 inch tart pan, trimming edges. Prick bottom with fork.

In a medium bowl, whisk 3 eggs, 0.75 cup brown sugar, 0.5 cup corn syrup, 3 tbsp melted butter, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth.

Stir in 1.5 cups walnuts, then pour mixture into crust. Bake until filling is set and golden, about 35-40 minutes.

Cool tart on a wire rack for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, melt 2 oz chocolate in microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
