Ingredients
- 2 lb beef chuck
- ½ cup ghee
- 2 medium onion
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3 tbsp nihari masala
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 6 cup water
- 1 medium lemon
- 1 inch ginger
Instructions

Heat ghee in a large pot and brown the beef chunks on all sides.

Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and nihari masala; cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in water, add salt, and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 hours until meat is tender.

Mix flour with 1/4 cup water to a smooth paste and stir into the stew.

Simmer for 10 more minutes until thickened; garnish with lemon and ginger.
