Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp ground peanuts (or peanut butter)
- 1.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 whole lime, halved

Mix ground peanuts, cayenne, paprika, garlic, 2 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until it forms a paste.

Thread lamb cubes onto skewers and coat all sides evenly with the spice paste, pressing it on.

Heat a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high until it smokes, about 2 minutes.

Sear skewers 2 minutes per side without moving, until the spice crust chars and the lamb is medium-rare inside.
