Ingredients
- 1.5 lb mutton chunks
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups white rice, cooked

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add mutton chunks and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
