Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz) espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • ½ cup (4 oz) whole milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 2 tbsp hot water

Instructions

    Mix cocoa powder, sugar, and hot water in your mug until smooth—no lumps.

    Pour hot espresso into the mug and stir until cocoa dissolves completely.

    Heat milk in the microwave 60–90 seconds until steaming but not boiling.
