Ingredients

  • 1 whole ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 4 whole ice cubes

Instructions

    Peel the banana and break it into 3 or 4 chunks so it fits easily into the blender pitcher.

    Pour the milk and yogurt into the blender pitcher, then add the banana chunks, peanut butter, and ice cubes.

    Cover the blender and blend on high speed for 45 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and no chunks remain.
