Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 whole dried red chili

Instructions

    Mix flour, mint, nigella seeds, and salt in a large bowl.

    Gradually add water and knead into a soft, smooth dough.

    Cover and rest the dough for 15 minutes.

    Divide dough into 6 balls and roll each into a thin circle.

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each flatbread until bubbles form.

    Flip and cook the other side until golden spots appear, brushing with oil.
