Ingredients
- 6 whole slider buns
- ¾ pound ground beef
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 6 whole lettuce leaves
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

In a bowl, mix the 0.75 lb ground beef with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper. Form into 6 small patties, about 2 inches wide.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through, with no pink in the center.

Split the 6 slider buns and toast them cut-side down in the skillet for 1 minute until lightly golden.

Spread 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise on the bottom buns. Top each with a patty, a lettuce leaf, and the top bun. Serve warm.
