Ingredients
- 16 whole frozen meatballs
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- ½ cup plain yogurt

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the 1 sliced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in 1 tbsp oil until soft, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the 2 tbsp curry powder and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the 1 can crushed tomatoes and 16 frozen meatballs. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 10 minutes, until meatballs are heated through and sauce thickens slightly.
