Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb potatoes
- ½ cup basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Dice the 1 lb potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown and soften, about 8 minutes.

Add the 1 lb ground beef to the skillet with the potatoes. Break it up with a spoon and cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Season with 1 tsp salt and 0.5 tsp black pepper.
