Ingredients
- 3 whole ripe bananas
- ½ cup ghee or clarified butter
- 4 slices white bread (day-old or slightly stale)
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Tear bread into rough chunks about 1 inch across. Set aside.

Peel bananas and place in a shallow bowl. Mash with a fork until mostly smooth, leaving a few small lumps.

Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers, about 60 seconds.

Add bread chunks to the ghee. Toss gently until evenly coated and lightly golden, 2–3 minutes.

Add mashed banana, honey, salt, and cinnamon. Fold together gently until banana and bread are well combined.
