Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk (dairy or coconut)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup cooked boba pearls (from a pouch or bubble tea shop)
  • ½ tbsp lime juice

Instructions

    Add frozen mango, yogurt, milk, honey, and lime juice to a blender.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds.

    Divide boba pearls between two tall glasses.

    Pour smoothie over the boba. Stir with a wide straw and serve immediately.
