Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups pineapple juice
  • ½ cup coconut cream (the thick part from a can of coconut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup or sugar
  • 1.5 cups ice cubes

Instructions

    Pour 1.5 cups pineapple juice, 0.5 cup coconut cream, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1 tablespoon simple syrup into a blender.

    Add 1.5 cups ice cubes to the blender on top of the liquid ingredients.

    Cover the blender with the lid and press the "blend" or "smoothie" button, then blend for 45 seconds until the mixture is thick, creamy, and no ice chunks are visible.

    Pour the blended drink into two tall glasses, dividing evenly between them.
