Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (full-fat or Greek)
  • 1.5 cups fresh mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave
  • 2 whole cardamom pods, crushed
  • ¾ cup ice cubes
  • ¼ cup fresh mango, diced
  • 3 leaves fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 1 whole glacé cherry (optional)

Instructions

    Add yogurt, chopped mango, honey, crushed cardamom, and ice to a blender.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 90 seconds. If too thick, add 1/4 cup cold milk.

    Pour into glasses and top with diced mango, torn mint, and a cherry if you have one.
