Creamy Mango Lassi & Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (full-fat or Greek)
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 whole cardamom pods, crushed
  • 2 slices bread (white, whole wheat, or brioche), sliced

Instructions

    Add mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom to a blender. Blend until completely smooth, about 60 seconds.

    Pour into two glasses. If you prefer it thicker, add more yogurt; for thinner, add more milk.

    Toast the bread slices until edges are golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes.

    Butter the warm toast lightly. Serve the lassi in glasses alongside the toast.
