Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Add 1 cup pineapple chunks, 0.75 cup frozen berries, 0.75 cup milk, 1 tbsp honey, and 0.5 cup ice to a blender.

    Blend on high until smooth, about 90 seconds. Pour into a tall glass.

    Repeat with remaining pineapple, berries, milk, honey, and ice for the second smoothie.

    Serve immediately with a straw.
