Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (full-fat canned)
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ cup ice cubes
  • 6 whole cape gooseberries, fresh

Instructions

    Add mango, coconut milk, 0.5 cup blueberries, turmeric, maple syrup, and lemon juice to blender.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds. Add ice and pulse 3–4 times.

    Pour into two glasses, leaving 0.5 inch at the top.

    Drop remaining fresh blueberries into each glass for a swirl effect.

    Top each with 3 cape gooseberries. Serve immediately with a spoon.
