- 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
- ¾ cup coconut milk (canned, full-fat)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced
- ½ tbsp fresh turmeric root, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
