Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (canned, full-fat)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced
  • ½ tbsp fresh turmeric root, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

    Add frozen mango, coconut milk, fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, honey, and turmeric powder to a blender.

    Blend on high until completely smooth, about 90 seconds.

    Pour into bowls and top with thin slices of fresh ginger and turmeric root.
