Ingredients
- 1 large lobster tail
- ½ pound shrimp
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 stalks green onions
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1
Cook the 8 oz egg noodles in boiling water until al dente, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking; set aside.
- 2
Cut the 1 large lobster tail into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry with paper towels.
- 3
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the lobster and 0.5 lb shrimp; stir-fry until just pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 4
Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the pan. Add the noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes, letting them get slightly crispy at the edges.
- 5
Return the seafood to the pan. Add 3 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp oyster sauce; toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the sauce coats the noodles and seafood evenly.
- 6
Slice the 4 green onions into 2-inch pieces. Add them to the pan and toss for 30 seconds until fragrant and slightly wilted. Serve hot.
