Ingredients
- 1 9 inch pie crust
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 4 lime slices

Preheat oven to 350°F. Press the 1 pie crust into a 9 inch tart pan, trimming edges. Prick bottom with fork.

Bake crust until lightly golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly.

In a bowl, whisk 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, 3 egg yolks, 0.5 cup lime juice, and 1 tbsp lime zest until smooth.
