Ingredients

  • 1 lb Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 whole Fresh limes, juiced
  • ½ whole Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 whole Jalapeño, minced
  • 1 whole Ripe avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

    Cut raw shrimp into 1-inch pieces and place in a glass bowl.

    Pour lime juice over shrimp, stir well, and refrigerate uncovered for 15 minutes until shrimp turns opaque.

    Remove from fridge and stir in sliced red onion, minced jalapeño, and a pinch of salt.
