- 1 whole large egg
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion
Instructions
- 1
In a large bowl, mix 2 cups flour and 1 tsp salt. Make a well and add 1 egg and 0.5 cup water; stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- 2
Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes.
