Ingredients
- ½ lb ground lamb
- 24 count wonton wrappers
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp chili oil or hot sauce
- ¼ medium onion, finely diced
- ½ tsp Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- 1
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Cook ground lamb with diced onion, breaking meat apart, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.
- 2
Spoon ~1 tsp lamb mixture into center of each wonton wrapper. Fold into a triangle, then bring corners together to seal (water edges lightly if needed).

Wipe skillet. Add 2 tbsp fresh oil, heat until shimmering. Working in batches, sear dumplings flat-side down until golden and crispy, ~90 seconds per side.
- 4
Mix yogurt with 1 minced garlic clove and a pinch of salt. Drizzle onto a plate.
- 5
Top yogurt with crispy dumplings. Drizzle chili oil, scatter feta and Aleppo pepper.
