Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook until golden, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add ground lamb, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 8 minutes.

Stir in garam masala, cumin, coriander, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add peas and 1/4 cup water. Simmer covered for 10 minutes, until peas are tender.
