Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup kimchi (chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 4 stalks green onions (cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

    Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the 1 lb pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add the 1 sliced onion and 1 tbsp gochugaru. Cook until onion is soft, about 3 minutes.

    Stir in the 1 cup chopped kimchi and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes until heated through.

    Add the 4 stalks green onions and cook for 1 minute until wilted. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
