Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs biała kiełbasa (Polish white sausage), sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- ½ head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- ½ tsp caraway seeds

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, sear kielbasa rounds 2 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Set aside on a plate.

Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and sauté onion until softened, about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add cabbage and caraway seeds. Season with salt and pepper. Cook uncovered, stirring every 2 minutes, until cabbage is tender, about 6 minutes.

Return kielbasa to the skillet. Stir in mustard until everything is coated and warmed through, about 90 seconds.

Serve hot straight from the skillet with crusty bread if desired.
