- 1 lb chicken breast and large shrimp (mixed), cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste (or lime juice)
- 2 tbsp palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
