Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb pork (thinly sliced or ground)
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. 1

In a small bowl, mix the 2 tbsp gochujang and 2 tbsp soy sauce until smooth. Set aside.

  2. 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the 1 lb pork and cook, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

  3. 3

Pour the sauce over the pork and stir to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and slightly thickened.

  4. 4

Divide the 2 cups cooked rice between two bowls. Top with the pork mixture.

  5. 5

Slice the 3 green onions and sprinkle over the bowls. Drizzle with the 2 tbsp mayonnaise and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
