Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3 stalks sliced green onions
  • 4 oz diced pork belly or bacon

Instructions

  1. 1

In a large bowl, whisk 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup water, and 1 egg until just combined; batter should be lumpy. Stir in 2 cups shredded cabbage and 3 sliced green onions.

  2. 2

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add 4 oz diced pork and cook until browned and crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove pork, leaving drippings in pan.

  3. 3

Pour batter into the hot skillet, spreading evenly. Scatter cooked pork over top. Cook until bottom is golden and set, about 4 minutes.

  4. 4

Flip pancake carefully. Cook until other side is golden and cooked through, about 4 minutes more. Slide onto a plate.

  5. 5

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and torn mint leaves. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
