- ¾ cup water
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 stalks sliced green onions
- 4 oz diced pork belly or bacon

In a large bowl, whisk 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup water, and 1 egg until just combined; batter should be lumpy. Stir in 2 cups shredded cabbage and 3 sliced green onions.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add 4 oz diced pork and cook until browned and crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove pork, leaving drippings in pan.

Pour batter into the hot skillet, spreading evenly. Scatter cooked pork over top. Cook until bottom is golden and set, about 4 minutes.
