Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fusilli)
- 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning
