Ingredients
- ¾ lb beef sirloin or tenderloin, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 1 can (14 oz) canned diced tomatoes (or fresh)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 pieces pita bread
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (or Aleppo pepper)
