Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk, divided
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1.5 cup espresso or strong cold brew coffee

Instructions

    Pour 0.75 cup cold milk into a tall glass filled with ice.

    Pour cold espresso or cold brew over the milk and stir until combined.

    Pour cream, remaining 0.25 cup milk, vanilla, and sugar into a jar with a tight lid.

    Shake vigorously for 60 seconds until the mixture is foamy and doubled in volume.

    Pour the sweet cream foam over the espresso, holding back the bubbles with a spoon.

  6. 6

    Top with remaining foam and serve immediately.
