Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 oz hot water (just under boiling)
  • 4 oz coconut milk (canned, full-fat)
  • ½ tbsp sweetener (honey, agave, or simple syrup)
  • ¾ cup ice

Instructions

    Add matcha powder and sweetener to a tall glass or small bowl.

    Pour hot water over the matcha and whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until smooth and frothy, no lumps.
