Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken pieces
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups nokedli (dumplings)
  • ½ cup pickled cucumbers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and brown chicken pieces on all sides.

    Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until soft, about 5 minutes.

    Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper, then pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes until chicken is tender.

    Stir in sour cream and cook for 5 more minutes until sauce thickens.

    Serve hot over cooked nokedli, garnished with pickled cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
