Ingredients
- 2 lb beef chuck
- 2 medium onion
- 3 tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1.5 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 12 pieces potato croquettes
- 2 stalks green onions

Cut beef into 1-inch chunks and season with salt and pepper.
