- 1 cup dried white beans
- ½ pound pork shoulder
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 cups water
