Ingredients
- 4 thighs (about 1.5 lbs) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp fish sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

Whisk honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until combined.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.
