Ingredients

  • 4 thighs (about 1.5 lbs) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions

    Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

    Whisk honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until combined.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Sear chicken thighs 3–4 minutes per side without moving until golden brown on both sides.

    Pour honey-soy glaze over chicken. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5–6 minutes until glaze thickens and coats the meat.
