Ingredients
- 4 pieces (about 1.5 lbs) bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 whole (juiced) lime
- 1 tsp fresh chili or red pepper flakes
