Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 cups butter lettuce or romaine

Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Place chicken skin-side down and sear without moving until skin is golden brown, ~7 minutes.

Flip chicken over. Whisk honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl, then pour over the chicken.

Add butter to the pan and baste chicken with the sauce. Cook for 8 more minutes until glaze is sticky and chicken reaches 165°F at the thickest part.
