Ingredients
- 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 clove garlic cloves, minced
- 1 whole lime
- 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil

Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.
